Shipment acceptance

All shipments are accepted subject to the confirmation of contents, destination rules, packaging and supporting documents. The final acceptance, applicable service and pricing are confirmed after the packed shipment and documents are reviewed. Items prohibited by the carrier or destination country are not accepted.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once the shipment details are agreed and the applicable charges are settled through the available payment options (bank transfer, Paytm, online or wallet payment). Charges are based on the higher of actual or volumetric weight as measured at dispatch.

Packaging and declarations

Customers are responsible for accurate information, complete declarations and safe packaging of their shipments. Customs duties, taxes and clearance fees at the destination are payable as per the agreed shipping terms.

Tracking and transit

Transit estimates are indicative and subject to carrier scans, customs processing and destination conditions. Customers can request tracking assistance with the airway bill or shipment number.

Limitation of liability

Claims are addressed in line with the applicable carrier conditions, value declared at booking and loss or damage reporting timelines. Customers should declare the true value and discuss insurance options where appropriate.
